I must have copped a decent hit inside my front left wheel arch? It's bent out from the inside and curled the quarter panel in towards the wheel and also pushed the front grille out a bit.

And my driver's side sill

That Sill Damage was my fault Chris, sorry about that bud.
your Grill will clip back in without too much trouble mate.
I'm not worried about the sill Daz it's only minor.
But the front quarter panel is dicked around too not just the grille
I have some front panels?????
no i dont think you need new panels. BA do you have a pair of quarter panels without a Snorkel Hole mate?
Chris the quarters will twist a little without too much effort. have you got some pics a little further away? I expect that to be a very easy fix mate. That side shot of your grill is too close to make out the trouble but the clips certainly look like they have popped out and the grill is forward.
@ Winnie got a front shot only please to look at
Great Photos and Vids guys, I will post some photos soon. No Vids tho, seemed there was enough footage being filmed throughout the weekend. Great trip, cheers to all especially Jono for organising and leading another awesome trip. Sterling effort Champ!
No mate can't even see what part you're talking about?
This bit........
Yeah definitely not cracked!
My pleasure mate, always great to have you there as your attitude towards going another track is always positive!!!!!
Goes to show that the little forests can be a lot of fun and I know it surprised many of you....
My alternator is playing up now?? will change it in the morning and might get this one re-built ??
Yeh my side steps copped a bit as well, when are you ordering those rock slider chris that's a decent nudge mate.
hey winnie, could one of those silverstone side lugs have pulled out you panel?. As Darren said, those panels will twist a fair bit without any real damage.
Nah I reckon the wheel kicked something up because it's bent from the front of the wheel arch into the grille. I'll try fiddle with it tomorrow...... after I put a new set of belts on!
lol yeah get that belt on, it will make future video viewing more pleasurable! lol. The vid that jonathan posted shows quite a few "somethings" kicking up and around the wheels. You call them somethings i call them rocks hahaha
Tallarook is a very pleasant surprise, so many good tracks in such a small area. We found some pretty good ones on Sunday morning which Daz marked for another day - certainly some challenging stuff out there and so close. There is still steep track which we didn't get to.
Bloody mud! My carpet is drying out at the moment, there is a little bit of water in the headlights, and which needs fixing. Might see if I can get a warranty from TigerZ as it should free spool more easy than that. . . See how we go.
Rocks, sticks.... they're all something!
Tallarook is the shizzle, so many tracks with so many different surfaces.
First time I went there with BA we had my Mav on stock springs with worn 31's and had a freakin ball.
Rossco, I seem to recall some of the Tigerz winches being a bit stiff to freespool, is yours the 10000lb ?
In so pissed I didn't make this...lol...tallarook for the next meet up...yay!!!
Mines the 1200 lb Grande. I took the rope off it last night and it's ridiculous to free spool. It was stiff when I got it and thought it might loosen up a bit but now it's insane. You can barely pull it out and have to brace yourself on the bar. Might have to save for a high mount.
Rossco surely there's something wrong with it if its that hard to free spool?
If you're happy and you know it tap a post!
I've heard of a couple of similar issues. Try giving em a call, I've not heard great things about their after sales service, but you never know.
I found this after a quick search though: http://www.aulro.com/afvb/projects-t...stripdown.html
hey Rossco they are pretty easy to strip down mate. not rocket science at all. Nothing will jump out at you and you will put it back together with little dramas.
Strip it mate.
hey winnie i think he ment this one
