G'day Eric,
Mate, i will be hanging onto my accessories for the new Patrol. I am going to swap back my current suspension to the old factory set-up that i still have.
Regards,
Paul
So I bought a snorkel for the car, its a rip off of some brand, was happy that it only set me back $105 delivered to the local freight company.
So this afternoon decided to cut the holes out in the guard and the inner guard for installation!

G'day Eric,
Does the 2.8 motor have any side bung plugs on the front passenger side of the motor, like in the photo below of my 4.2 motor? If so, you can fit your sensor there, using brass fittings from Pirtec! Note the plug next to the factory temp switch, the heater hose is directly above it!

Hey Paul,
Nah they don't unfortunately, The thermostat housing is on the drivers side of the block and about 1/3 of the way down, No bleeders on it just the hose from the radiator, I've never seen a setup like this, I'm used to the thermostat housing with a bleeder being at the top of the motor, seems the bleeder on my car is the radiator cap lol, It's the highest point of the whole system..... Anyhow I'll just either make at work or buy a fitting to this nature

I like to get out and enjoy the areas in Coffs, It may seem like I always get bogged but its because I'm the only one keen enough to have a go!!!!!

Got the winch in the bar now and all tested under load and works great, which is good as this winch has broken drum rods. Future plans now are to put RLIs old led lightbar on the front, and to try and get some larger driving lights.

looks like a nice truck for the price.
G'day Trekster's,
How are you going mate?

Paul
Here's an update to the trol, we now have a light bar on the front, I made a fridge slide for the rear, knocked up a roof centre console and made a rack to go on my roof bars to house the new awning I got for my birthday!
