how about some black alloys
Considering there is three of us looking for rims and thats potentially 15 rims and the fact that ROH and Mullins / CSA is only 15 mins away from me if we agree on a set we like i could possibly try and get a wholesale price ??
I also found this aswell

I did briefly, but couldn't see any steel wheels, all alloys? There was one which *might* be steel (they don't say) but it had imitation bead lock on it which is unnecessarily flashy for my tastes. However I have just sent them an email to see if they do a steelie, & if so what it's load rating is.
Cuppa
But they have a neg 14.
If you're happy and you know it tap a post!
Cuppa it looks like wheels with a high load rating either have no or pos offset, probably to do with how the weight distribution works across the rim. When i get a chance i'll have a look at my factory alloys and have a look at their offset. What size tyre are you going to run ??
Your right mate, its strange why they are mainly pos tho..
I just looked at my factory alloys and they are a pos 10 offset, i even measured to confirm. They are wrapped with 265 70 16, so would it be safe to say they you could possibly get away with a 0 offset if we cant get a high load rated rim ??
not sure I paid $1550 for a set of 285 75 16 km2s fitted to these alloys (ballistic hyjaks 16x8 neg 6 offset)
Me I have gone back the other way.
After running the 16X8 black Kings rims for the past 5 years I have gone back to my 17" alloys for the GU IV and Kimberley Kamper. The offset on the Kings (not sure what they where) resulted in the tyres being on the limit of the flares on the GU, and just sticking out a wee bit from the guards on the Kamper, resulted in a bit of stone chip damage to both.
Just fitted them up with 285/70/17 MT ATZ 4 ribs, pacemaker took a hit with the bill for 8 tyres (6 on the Patrol, 2 on the Kamper), tyres are about $100 dearer on the 17" wheels, but I'm happy with the "original" new look. Must take some picks and post them up on my "home" page.
Nah the wheels i had on where a neg13 and sat right on the edge of the flares, haven't got any real good pics tho, but heres one anyway

I really like the Brumby coz it looks like center line convo pro's and the Spin FXand it looks promising coz on the fitment guid it says 0 - 20neg so it could mean 0 to 20??

I'll call them on monday.
Apart from Cuppa and i, who else is interested in getting wheels?? The more we get the easier it will be to get wholesale price plus we might get them at a better rate aswell???
I'm guessing that the chart means 0mm AND 25Neg offsets, as opposed to anything in between those two figures, but we'll wait & see. Not sure how I feel about Infinity wheels at the moment. From their website, although not certain, I get the impression they just import the wheels & re-sell them. I may be wrong about that, but would prefer to buy from the people who make them. So can you also ask where they are made?
In the meantime someone is chasing a package price on ROH wheels plus tyres for me
I've also read that King wheels have a higher load rating than the ROH, (1320kg vs 1200kg) but as yet have found no confirmation on this. I'll try to find out on Monday (unless anyone here knows?). They don't list an email, so I'll give a local tyre joint a call.
Cuppa
So far Cuppa i have the contact details of Mullins, ROH and Infinity i'll see if i can find one for Kings. I know ROH are made in aus ( i spoke to them on friday) i should have some answers on monday for you aswell.
I can generally deal with manufacturers being a mechanic and using my works ABN but they want bulk orders so quantity is our leverage with them, between us two we've got 11 but see how we go.
Just one more thing, the King Terra and Mullins Ranger look alot alike mate even to the color of the pin striping around the edge so they might actually be made by the same place??
I have just ordered some infinty wheels, got the coyote black with white pinstripe 16x8 25N offset ( they only come in 25N and O offset )
They were $110 each delivered
Got them from All Wheels
Thinking of buying some more black rims in 13N offset to stick some 265/75R16 BFG All Terrains on for daily driving, so will watch this thread for prices, may be interested in getting a bulk buy
Cheers Andy
Do you know if they are made in house GU CAMPER???

I have black mickey t side biters. 320 a rim
Have had an email back from Allied Wheels. they only do alloys, no steel.
I also phoned the King wheels Vic distributor to find out the load rating of their steel (Terra) wheels. 1200kg same as the ROH. I asked about any higher ratings for mine spec etc & he told me the only way they can do a higher rating is to go up to 17" where they get rated for 1400kg.
So it seems, for me at least as I'm unwilling to fork out for custom made wheels, it comes down to only two manufacturers, ROH & King ...... Unless George gets any different info today, which I'm not optimistic about. As far as choosing between King & ROH .... For me it's six of one and half a dozen of the other, & will likely come down to the cost & convenience factors.
Cuppa
Just got off the phone with Infinity wheels Cuppa and the Coyote black or white is rated to 1450kg and are imported. Price was 110 plus delivery as a rough price. Next CSA!!
Oh they only have 0 and neg20 off set
Apparently no wheels are made in aus, according to Mullins wheels Cuppa and what they list ( 28neg 0 25pos) is how they come from overseas. They will give them to me for $90 each. Now ROH
