getting a license isn't that hard

I'm just looking into it at the moment but I have a few semi autos which may present a problem. Might have to join a target club first i think?
You won't get to keep any semi autos or silenced barrels here in Aus or pump actions shot guns. Here you will need to do a safety course then apply at a police station and wait. It took me 6 months to get mine. check out http://www.ssaa.org.au/ for info
how did the trail cam work out get any pics of interest????
yep, rabbits and sheep.
I think that the overnight temps may have influenced the batteries and therefor the flash a bit. Some movies were a bit dark.
I'll be very interested to compare it with the mate's one. The mate's one was used in an easier location, and sometimes only produced eye shine too. Won't be able to compare for a couple of months.
Cousin has another brand, twice the price from USA. Went in on a bulk buy with a few mates. Note, not the Aldi one, All work OK, except no internal screen, and for one, that on cold nights - read -11 and lower, it takes photo after photo. Speculation is that the sensor gets confused.
Thanks Macca86, I'm just about to join the SSAA and already have an NZ licence so I think I can just apply for an AUS licence without doing a safety course...There is a range just down the road from me on old cleveland rd so hopefully they will have a spot to zero in.
Once thats done I'll ship the bolt actions over.....
Will have to leave and a couple other back in NZ....such a shame!
