All you need to do is reconnect the hand controller, make sure the DFAS has the 'Lock' switch on, set the mode to 'View' and click through the values and note them. This can be done with the engine on idle.
I'm sure your figures are correct and I'm surprised nobody else seems to have gone down this track - especially with the increasing numbers of 4.5 owners moaning about fuel consumption :-)
