Mate the draws are coming along great, good to see your using steel. ive see so many timber ones fall to pieces when they hit the corrogations.
Just a quick update.
Rain gutters have been sanded and repainted :D (lots of rust)
should also have the drawers finished this weekend
stay tuned for pics :)
Nice rig mate,
Can I get a little more info on the roller your using mate.
And how painful is the tipicl qg rust in the rails and also watch the rear window. Mine was hell, it's was the reason why I turned mine into a dualcab. I can thank the old school style of roof racks, where there was a full length rail sitting in the gutter as the main bracket.
Keep it coming mate.
Cheers jay
What do I have to watch for on the rear window?
The roller bearings are rated to 1 ton. They have polyurethane inside the bearing.
also in the pic with the drawers, there are two bearings side by side, to hold more weight.
ok the model number: NSK NS7L5
they are about $3 each.
Looking good mate. Did you fab the drawer frame yourself? Whats the reason for the high hats?
Cheers,
Steve
