Ade, do you have a template / diagram for building the mount?
Did you set it up to be self-oiling on grease?

Ade did not do drawings of his brackets, here are some from the Grungles web page;
The attached files underneath the photo's are the engineering drawings.

Type 2 (again from Grungle web page), with engineering drawings.

Hey Tony your a champ mate, thats the setup i was keen to do. Drivers side a bit higher than the other. I have actually seen a guy that dropped his power steering pump down and mounted the compressor higher again... I'd be keen to do that and then re-gas the aircon to that side and run the standard position as the endless air.
Thanks Tony. That's even better than what I expected. :cheers:
All I did was pull the information and images from http://www.grungle.com/endlessair.html
It's all on that page, images, drawings and step by step (with images) how to modify the compressor.

Now I remember OldMav's thread on this from a long time ago. I'll have to see what the retired machinist neighbor will charge me to make the brackets OldMav designed. All of my Cruiser friends have installed electric compressors but they take for ever to air up.
Now to look for a used 24V Sanden. I think Caterpillar used Sanden compressors. Any other applications where a Sanden compressor was sued in 24V machinery?
Make 2 and I am listening....
I'll ask him for a price on doing a bunch of mount sets. I presume David and Jesse may want one too. First I need to find out if we can just buy the 24V AC clutch without having to buy the whole compressor.
Do you have to use the same aircon compressor as stock?
