Help /advice on gu lacking power

Thanks mate.

I thought a stock TD42T without intercooler outputs 91kw and 330Nm why does yours baseline at 65.6kw and 250Nm?

His will be intercooled being a 2005. Those numbers he has a measured is at the wheels, the stock figures you have seen would be from the flywheel I am assuming. There is a percentage loss through the drivetrain but not sure of how much. But yeah those figures just don’t look right to me.

I have little knowledge in this area. This is what I was given after work completed.

To help educate me, what doesn’t look right and what should I be seeing.

The before and after power output figures. Just seems way too low. Out of the crate this motor is 118kw/ 330Nm.
