Howdy mate,
I did a quick write up on how I ran my light bar to my roof the other week, no need for drilling holes or running in the snorkel.
IMO buy yourself a wiring harness for $35 and save yourself a world of time/trouble.
A mate and I knocked mine on the roof, ran all the cables over a few brews and probably took 2 hours between the both of us,

Out through the same bonnet/guard gap. Up behind the snorkel in spit flexi conduit via the rain gutter. Very easy, no drilling, and not that noticeable.
This is how I wired mine. No need to drill a hole in the snorkel too....

Thanks @mudski Does that let any water into the cabin if it rains? I would be worried about water running down the wiring...

same as mine an no water has ever entered, I have
used some 6mm figure 8 I think so it sit reasonably flat
