Just blown 1st zd30 about to blow 2nd

Slight problem cant get it to run quite right setting dawes valve ? Also makes wind noise trying to get boost up currently under 15?. I fitted dawes and needle valve.i set the dawes at six turns out to start with and needle valve closed .went up slight hill and turbo went to 20 very easy with heaps of power on low revs so reduced 2 turns on dawes . And after much stop starting adjusting i cant get the boost up to 15 the closer i get it looses power and makes a very loud wind noise .its runs better and no wind noise between 5 and 10 boost it wont go any higher. Also tried adjusting needle valve as described on forum and random .does anybody on southside of brisbane know how to set these please.. cheers
