There was a thread recently about this very problem, within last 3 weeks at least

Quickest way is to drive straight into the side of it with a forklift and jiggle up and down a few times. Not only will you have a nice access hole in the drivers door, but you will also have one in the rear door should that fail in the future. Efficiency my friends.
