The rear flexes well on it's own (like all patrols) and I can't drop mine off yet anyway as the upper control arm hits my fuel tank - getting a bent Superior Engineering arm put in to sort that though. It's generally the front you want more flex from and to be honest, they aren't hard to drop off when you want to, and then reconnect before the drive home - just zip tie the bar up once disconnected from the link pins so you don't drag them through anything and bend it/snap off the brackets.

After market - 72 litre.

do you need also to put plate in for transfer case ?

Not for a 2 inch lift.

have put in two lift kit and now bit of drive shaft vibrating round 80km hr , should be ok ?

Have you swapped the shaft around so the thin end is up front and clearing the cross member?? Might be the thick end if the shaft touching the cross member that's giving the vibration? 2" lift shouldn't be an issue normally (I have 4" and have no vibration). Others will have further comment no doubt mate.

As per posts #13 and $14 this is not usually an issue with a 2" lift. If you are getting the vibration in 2wd then you may need to fit either cross member spacers or adjustable rear upper control arms.
