Asking for witnesses to incident in Braidwood

The camper is covered by insurance but not the GQ. However, I have access to a legal team that I can utilise if I need to.

However, I will call NRMA in the morning and give my side of the story.

Surely this time frame puts enough doubt onto the claim that is was even you she ran into. Surely there is some kind time frame like 30days or something that only a claim can occur in?

Like I said mate I did not see. I did not notice what had happened until after I got out of the car

Yes I was in the car and it was stationary.

I had stopped reversing because I saw that I was at the wrong angle and was going to hit the bowser on my left front corner in front of my car. I stopped, watched as the lady walked down the hill, between my car and hers (My car and trailer were blocking her exit) she got into her car, started it and began to reverse. I had no time to react at all.

what did you see you don't have to see it happen you can be a witness as to what your saw after you got out of your car what made you get out did you hear something

I got out just after I parked to go to the toilet, I did not even see Rob or the other driver there until I got out of the car. I did not see if he was moving or stationary.
I simply came along after the incident.

My Wife witnessed the incident so I have one witness.
