I've just picked up a really tidy fuse box, (bit pricey but will keep everything tidy), and some midi fuses to go with it. I'll take some pics later once it's in

I spent the day looking at suitable fuses and holders, but found none. In the end, I only found some fusible links at the wreckers. At this stage I'll refit the correct links and will chase some spares.
I couldn't find any good fuse holders / boxes in the local shops, in the end I bought marine fittings from an ebay seller who lives locally and allows local pick up, they're good quality and being designed to deal with marine environment, should hold up fine in the truck.
I just tried to upload a photo or two from my iPad, but no joy, can't figure out why.
So I've installed my new fuse box and fuses, very tidy and works brilliantly, still cannot upload images...
Does anyone else upload from an iPad?
I just returned from a trip to Bendigo, (to attend a funeral). While I was up there, I dropped in at Readies 4x4 and asked if they had any links. The mechanic and I searched all of the Patrol wrecks and finally found one complete set. Apart from that I have only found Falcon links or would have to buy a roll of the brown fusible wire. If you get to pick through a wrecked Patrol, I would be grateful if you grab the links if they are available, and I will get them off you at a meet up. Cheers blokes.
As a matter of interest, they had a GU sitting in the garage, waiting for an LS1 conversion.
If I come across any i'll message you, might be hard to meet up, since I'm in WA, but can always post em.
Not like I need em anymore, if I hadn't cut and soldered mine you could have them.
