My resting heart beat is 45-47 bpm nurses always ask what sport I do.
Not sure if drinking is a sport, same as fishing is a sport no one told the other team {fish}
its just a sport. Plus my BP is spot on as well, but knees are gone from cricket ,footy and
running I was trained for Stawell gift a few times. once at 20 the next at 30 where believe it or not i was quicker.
Love my sport miss it but thats life maybe I miss the team aspect of competing.
@ Fractser a mate of mine who came over from the Shetland islands ended up staying and working in Darwin
32 every day high humidity, now thats one extreme to the other, IMO he's back in Shetland ATM
