On the basis of that email I reckon they would need to be pretty cheap to take a chance on them. Depends on your gut feeling about the seller I guess. If it were me I doubt I'd buy them, but I might be a bit over cautious. If I could convince myself to take the chance I doubt I'd pay more than $500 for the lot, & I'd hope to get the cabling to join them included. If the seller were to allow me to test them as I suggested, & they came up good I might go to $600. They potentially have another 5 years in them yet. They may be worth more but you have to balance that on how much you are prepared to lose if they don't last as long as you hope.

Thanks blokes, yeah Cuppa $500 is the price...lol....Batteries only nothing else.
I might give it a miss this time as my gut feel is not overly confident!
