I Cracked the exhaust housing on 1 in my Nissan EXA turbo, chipped the teeth on this paper weight and cracked the low mount manifold, so that to me means the turbo was slapped onto the last high comp motor.
But as far as the car goes, as long as the body is in good nick and the running gear is good, feels tight and doesn't make weird noises then i would use that to barter the price drown. The rest comes down to how much are they roughly selling for and how much you want to pay.
