1mm check on top and 1.6 under will ensure a good life..

Yeh I used 50m ITD aswell, I'm still unsure which method I'll use to mount them yet.
Well unless you wanna risk defects the clap style is your only real option.
Any welding or drilling of the chassis needs engineers certification.

Yes, a u shaped bracket with bolt over the top of the chassis, but it requires a little panel beating up front to clear.
Are you intending in using the sliders, or are the a step / looks? If just for looks 2 brackets would be enough..

yeh I used three mounting points on mine with two clamp style ones, with two bolts in each and I don't have a body lift and the other one I made a bracket up which bolts up using the same points as the gearbox crossmember.
haven't done much to them lately been finishing the rabbit hutch off, what are your thoughts on paint for them AND scrub bars once they are done, black or red to suit?
