My money is on Commonwealth Bank doing something with their advertising ... many years ago when they changed their logo there was ALOT of hype about what was happening..... (plus I googled it and the general feel is that's its one of the big banks)

Haven't seen anything over here in the West for this add. Might just be an eastern states advertiser? Dunno.
