Hella still make a heap of their lights in Germany and are considered better than the Narva's but IMHO Narva's are quite OK and worth their dollars. Have a look at Britax 220's, great lights, alloy body, single bolt mount & adjust, HID conversion fits in light, $220 each, $170 HID kit.

Ive got narva 225 fited with 55w hid kits and am happy with them. I got them pretty cheap on sale a couple of years back.
