The big bits as ill describe in the video maybe was what was in the intestine/gut/bowel ie had the texture of what I imagine a turd would be like to eat. The small bits were quite yummy and maybe that's what cooked snails ate like

The brag is nearly over we leave the hotel tomorrow 1pm (4pm eastern states)
A great holiday with some good people (the Thai no the bloody Russians)
