A knee replacement but they won't consider that for ages due to my age. There is experimental surgery in the USA so maybe I might head over there and see what they can do.

mmmmm dunno, but athletes with the same injury aren't getting treatment or assistance so I don't think I would either. But I might look into it anyway!
