Passenger side inner axle seal is leaking pretty bad ever since Ellis Track.
Leak is pretty bad, oil caked all over ball joint and flowing down even after the seal was replaced.
Suspected diff bent?
In this situation what's the best thing to do with limited funds for a few months?
Just keep diff oil topped up and suck it up?

You mentioned a while ago there's a different seal you can buy which may help, do you have any info on that seal mate?

If the axle has a worn spot you can get different seals.
First place I'd take it to is an alignment joint.
They'll be able to tell you if it's bent or not.
If it is, gu diff..
If it's not, rebuild with the better seals.
Yours too! Mines leaking aswell. Even after changing the seal... My RHS was really bad but I changed the CV a while back and it hasn't leaked since. Now the left is leaking. I reckon mine is just from lack of use. Lol.Quote:
