Officially I am now back on the road trouble free!
Injector fixed and we did a test using Diesel Tec gauge and my pyro is exactly 50 degrees out reading lower so that explains it. This is a pretty new vdo gauge too.
I'm officially back folks :)
OK now for some advice from the silly old man.
Remove the Turbo
Remove the Lift'
Put on Road Tyres
Drive like a 80 year old man
That will make it last until you are my age

Was it out 50 degrees across the entire operating range or at a held temperature? Also you didnt happen the shorten any of the wiring that comes pre wired to the thermo couple?

I knew you would ask that, nope didn't touch it, I understand the wiring is set for that length.
Yeah across 4 different readings low to highish was 45-50 degrees lesser so at least it's consistent.
