Long story short, sales person forgot to show terms to the client until last minute.

Client had a rant for no reason as they have been burnt before.

I offered no terms, apologies, free soil removal 2k saving and a big discount.

A night from hell... I thought I was getting better but at 12am it all went to the proverbial.

I think that was just about the worst I have ever felt and some how past out and head butted the wall.... no dignity at all.

I think a said the words "oh god" about 50 times...... I have lost a few kilos I think from sweat!!!!!

I hope the worst is over???????
