Nope, and nope....the rock is described by many as having a resemblance to ET when viewed from a certain angle.
A bit of extra perspective. Let me know if it is too small a photo.

Ok, maybe a bit hard for some, but Cuppa, judging by a couple of your previous pics, you must have been close to this one... It is NT.
I'm pretty certain we haven't been along that road.
Pretty sure it's not Keep River or Gregory NP's, & not the Macdonnell ranges, which probably means it's in Kakadu. It looks right for Kakadu, but where I'm not sure. Seems like quite a 'major' dirt road. I'll guess at the road to Jim Jim falls as that's one we didn't go on. Am I any warmer?

Arnhem Land, not that far past your dragonfly shot. I think I have these pics which look very close to where your dragonfly was. Possibly just looking the other way.
Note that last rock formation - some reckon there is a rooster in that, whilst some others have been drawn to think there is a Kiwi in action there somewhere...
Ahhh. We stopped at Cahills Crossing. Arnhemland is one of my dreams. What I'd really love would be to find a reason to get to know Arnhemland over a year or more, without just being a tourist. If anyone has contacts and or experience working in Arnhemand I'd be very interested in hearing from you. It'll probably be a year or two before we can get up there, but I'd love to be able to develop contacts with communities up there.
