Not 100% sure as I ended up replacing leads spark plugs injectors clean maf clean battery terminals throttle body clean all at same time. I suspect blocked injectors as a few had little bits of rubber in the filter bit. Unsure though. I'm just glad it's going.

I'm happy as I'm just about to head off and fit my intercooler yah hooo

@ Hersal that why I suggested you only fix one thing at a time. now you'll never know
what caused the problem, but hey its going again and thats the main thing.
