Sun 17th was 96.6kg - but was attributed to 4 days of long hours at w... and plenty of o/t with not eating properly and not drinking enough water. Back on track and happy with 97.5kg

105.9 kgs today down a bit

strewth this is slow had a couple of beers yesterday that proberly did`nt help lol
