Lancey sells them for $18 free post I found one for $13 free post,
you probably have one ,,,,one main pouch with a smaller one on each end,
you can fit a bit of gear in them, not my blood group but you get the idea

Heres the china version of Jandersons old timer, Jeff's is easily a $200 knife back in the day..
Don't get me started on Chinese steel having problems with my laser cutter ATM
The seller says the quality is there but that price for an Old Timer makes me think twice

The stone washed tanto didn't arrive with the postie this morning, starting to get a bit nervous
28 of sept so maybe still a bit early.
how do these look mounted on the board??
thinking of wiring them on then screwing the board to the wall [manland]
then a small led on a stem to highlight them.
I want to do similar with my bowies less the Toothpick,[damn you gko]

Yeh it arrived must say very impressed very heavy, nice factory edge and the nylon sheath isn't too bad.
Looks like it will take an absolute pounding 10/10
I'm betting OD will like his when it arrives lol
Sort of looks like Damascus
Damn you GKO I bit the bullet and brought a Toothpick for $90US.
Hope its all YOU say it is lol
this stone washed job would compliment my small axe[elk ridge] perfectly

Looks heaps better than I thought. That sheath is very similar to the custom 1 I am making up for Westy's vanguard.
Hopefully mine wont be too far off being delivered as I bought mine the same day.

You'll love it very very sturdy and heavy for its size. would be perfect if it had a molle sheath
Heres another job I put on the back burner pardon the pun lol.
I had some large brass stock here for another product I was trying to make,
anyway I ended up posting the brass bar over to "The Ferret" to turn into cannon barrels and wheels.
One cannon I'm thinking of doing in red gum like on a tall Spaniard Tall ship. the other like a civil war number
I'll spry some ball bearing matt black for a cannon ball pile
Whats your take on this Bowie?

Have you tried this shop? good price for cold steel

I wonder if that bowie comes with a CoA for that price and to show its genuine.
That shop looks sweet with their prices and range.
I remember turning those canon barrels when I was at school, still habe a barrel my grand dad made, just need the trolleys made up.
How do you find that elk ridge axe?
Got a busy weekend ahead with a wedding and a 40th to go to. Will get stuck back into the vanguard sheath over the next few days.
Hoping it will turn out ok as I am adding a belt clip so it sits lower and adding a securing strap coming off the clip housing.

I took the axe away last weekend with some other knives but way too sore to really test anything,
Ill definitely be keeping the axe and the stone washed together it just seems right
will have a bit of a play today.
Do you really think they etched names onto blades back in the mid 1800s
to me it looks like a promo knife from the 1980's
