Ok so it's been a little busy here but I have found some shed time which is great.
I went a Fatz Fabrications 5" Snorkel as I liked how they finish at the roof line. The kit came well packaged with a colour multi page instructions and a QR Code to a linked installation video which was bloody awesome. Rhino Bar have a lot to learn!!!

I invested in an Air Saw which helped with the panel cut but uses a Huge amount of air. It got the hard bits done ans I used snips for thr rest.

Siliconed the sandwich plate between the panel and the Snorkel.

The pinched around the cut was treated for long term rust prevention. The edge od the cut was painted with black Zinc before the pinch weld went on.

Oh!! I saw this on Facebook a couple of months ago and had to find it and order one. China china I paid via PayPal just in case it never arrived.
I arrived before Christmas so I left it packed ans wrapped it ans put it under the tree with a card. "To Dad - From Dad!"
