The ignition point was Aberfeldy and that fire is heading South East. Note that Walhalla is just to the North East of Erica which can be clearly read on that map. Woods point is a fair way to the North West of the ignition point and i dont believe is in any way at risk right now. That map was produced yesterday and i will keep an eye out for an update of yesterdays spread and post when it is online.Quote:

Tuff country up that way to try and control a fire, maybe Mother Nature will step in somehow.

Empty wine bladders full of water are great to stop stuff moving in the Engel. Plus you have cold drinking water, also handy for medical washing wounds and radiator top ups.
