Isn't it strange how we really want to see some place and when we get there it is not what we thought, drop down some track to a place you have never heard of and can not get enough of it.
What this travel thing is all about.
I reckon I have read this thread from the beginning at least 5 times since it started, man I want to do a trip like that.

Mossman gorge is nice for a day good swimming hole and good walkin track through the forest.

glad your enjoying the trip mate,,im sitting in south ozz freezin my ass off and am thinkin of going to the top end of Queensland for next winter,we definately came home too early from the NT and WA ,,roll on summer,,take it easy and enjoy the rest of your trip
Great little camp / caravan spot at wonga right on the beach . sneak up and check it out Nisshead .
