I was splitting kindling this afternoon and what i found with the X7 was after i posted up the pics i started splitting hard wood and the edge got sharper.... Don't ask me how or why but to my touch thats what it feels like, once it wore thru the grey ptfe coating it stated splitting the wood easier. I think as a kindling hatchet it works well, i seen a Hart 20oz hatchet that i might get aswell the next time I'm in bunnings lol

going to make a cabinet out of 're-claimed ' fence palings and display my knives in that.
It will have a drawer on the bottom for the sheaths, knives will be in cabinet and on inside of door
Pic is just a rough idea what I want. I'll secure it to a wall and it'll be lockable as well
