Ok no-one took up my hint so I'll risk looking like an idiot if I'm wrong and say that pic was taken in Christmas Hills, Vic.

Sorry bloke, but it`s a tad further south.
Zooming in on the number plate of that Yellow Ute, it's obviously in Tasmania. Just can't make out the name on the Street sign
:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:
If you can read the number plate just goes to show you I got a steady hand when I do these paintings, LMAO.
Yep you had to cross the creek from the big island and so it`s in Tassie.
I know I've seen this pic of yours somewhere before pearcey, but I'm stuffed if I can recall where it was taken!
No not Geeveston, your a little bit tooo far south but you are on the right side of the Derwent.
Your just a tad tooo far north.
Follow a track(road) south from New Norfolk past a big cap.
Keep searching mate, not Mt Lord. Not a Mountain. it`s a small village.
Gleeson
We're all ere coz we ain't all there.
Sorry mate, your not there either.
Crabtree?..
Off topic but you interested in catching up for a beer pearcey?
Sorry mate wrong, but hey the first letter is correct.
Collins Cap?
Got some of it right , Collins Cap in a blxxdy big hill, not a village.
Then it must be Collinsvale
Spot on there mate. Wife was born and lived there in the early days.
Well you better throw up a painting.
OK, mine should be a bit easier.

Having a guess Cooktown
Port Douglas?
Port Douglas is correct.
Over to you
This should be an easy one. Captain Cook looking rock formation...if you look closely! And have a bit of imagination.

Devonian Reef? - I'll take a stab at Chillagoe?
BUMP BUMP BUMP
Anyone more guesses? otherwise we need a clue @FNQGU
Looks like @FNQGU hasn’t been online for a couple of months, post one up Krisso as you’ve at least had a guess.
Hey Sorry Guys - am currently stuck in PNG with all of these bloody COVID travel restrictions and have had bugger all in the way of internet.
@Cuppa - yes mate - out at Chillagoe. You nailed it. Some of the features out there in the Limestone are fantastic and off the beaten track as well. Most people who visit will do the tours of the caves and then head off somewhere else. Spend a few days and some very interesting things and places are there to be found. One of my favourite areas.
Thanks Ben ... any idea how long before you can get back home?
OK, another rock pic - where is it?
I Reckon it should be fairly easy.

Any takers?
Ord River?
Nope not the Ord River. Right state, but not the Kimberley though. I don't know of anywhere else you would find coloured rocks like this.
Pilbara region, somewhere along the fortiscue river maybe...
