I need to keep away from this thread. I'm not a knife person as I said earlier, but, I'm getting hooked on this. That eBay seller, TD mentioned has some very very nice blades...
I love the SR knife I got the other day. Even though it was sub $30 I'm impressed with it...

Bit the bullet and splurged out on a Fiskars X7 hatchett
@ OD you may be disappointed like me with the X7 its very light , I think the one with the saw up the handle would be better value.
