I did try it,well after him first tho,he didnt keel over so thought id have a bash
Had this for quite a while

My best cold remedy is,
2 fishermens friends (the lollies,there lads OK LOL)in ya gob
Then straight shots of whiskey all day (any sort doesnt matter)
The next day all gone
Who needs cough syrup
This remedy soooooo much better

Righto - you've started it - everyone start throwing in your alcohol related remedies, recipes, etc!!

Always used to get hot toddy's from my parents when I was crook (faked being ill more than they ever knew!! LOL!!). Nip of rum in warm milk .. Apparently was good for starving off a fever once you had a cold!!!! Couldn't have cared less about that, all I know is by grade 9 I wanted to take a flask of it to school every day!!!!! LOL!!!!

Grade 10 , me and 2 mates got a 4L goonie to school
We had a play to do,we needed to settle our nerves
It was the first class after lunch,so liquid lunch oh goody

Needless to say we had the whole class in larfta
