I was going to say i would still be complaining as you never know they might come to the party but now you have pulled it apart i don't think you stand any chance.
That is pretty bad if that has only been used twice. when i get around to getting a winch i think i'll be staying away from them.
They would also have to appreciate its a serviceable item. Need to be greased.
Does anyone have a broken tigerz (or any other brand) awning lying around? I'm trying to work out some sort of universal mounting bracket. If anyone in Melbourne has one I'm willing to exchange for some amber fluids.

Why whats broken?
Nothing, just working on an idea. Would be easier to start with a second awning to mock a few things up.
