Noice I have the Buck Vanguard as well but with a ss blade.
Are Columbia getting onto the Gerber- BG bandwagon.

Another screw together flint striker silver not black just arrived still to start a fire yet but will up fishing soon enough now
Op is set for the 30th July

Same flint set as mine. Soak some cotton wool in petroleum jelly and / or crush a fire lighter up when using the flint, makes it a lot easier to light.

Can also use a pencil sharpener on sticks to make tinder

Also have a 5 blade and 4 blade trappers coming ad well

It arrived today. Very nice. I'm not generally into knives but love the way this looks and feels and is very versatile and I love the click in pouch.
