I'm genuinely surprised it took you that long. Did you do all of the Mt Margaret track or did you only do the little piece that I showed AB which does a little loop around the camp basically?
I take it @MB is used to communal cooking, seeing he had a purpose built stand for his gas ring & pot
We did similar going to Cape York, seeing as we met the same ppl every night we all chipped in
meat, veggies etc and made some very memorable feeds
Our family has always loved cooking, especially for large groups. Seems it rubbed off on us lol
Mb did well for a large broth mate, flavours were spot on!
Had issues with the Aussie regulator not being enough to bring it to boil hence we put it on the fire, was a bit touch and go for a bit but kudos to yota Chris in keeping it stiring even though he was kopping a shipload of smoke in his eyes!

Ouch 80 didn't take the chicken tracks like the rest hahahah
Hahaha , granted you went up the steeper rockier section of the Mt Margaret track while we took the 'chicken' track - which wasn't for the faint hearted either , but where you came unstuck all 4 of the Patrols went through without a drama , maybe you were playing footsies with your passenger at the time instead of watching where you were going ? 😍
Oh WOW, looks like I missed a great weekend. Licola is a great spot and we should definitely lock it in every year.
I have heard on the wireless there were some casualties especially with the 80's...lol oh well, "Such Is Life"
Any more pics????
Yer sprock something like that lol was a good trip tho was some awesome track to drive
I haven't got time to go through all the photos I took on my camera (over 300) but here are a quick pick of some classics.

Hahaha @Winnie have a look at ABs face in that 1st pic hahaha
@MB 'bursts' is when you hold the camera button down & it continually takes photos for as long as you hold the button and then you can go back to that photo press on it and pick out exact one that is perfect,
Jeremy put this together, give you some impression of how the place is!!!

Well finally made it here to post up about the weekend. Had a wicked weekend. Few dramas but more on that soon. Great to meet some new faces and as always great bunch and everyone got along well.
First big trip away for our lil girl Abi and I think she done great. Sleeping was a bit mixed up with her sleeping next to me one night then mummy the next night haha.
So the issues I had I found it drivers wheel bearing was full of mud and not to healthy the dodgy e got up there. Cleaned it up regressed and how'd for the best. I got the good ol death wobbles on the way up near Heyfield. Still had a light shimmy after that.
So on way home Monday had bad wobble again and sprock offered his carport to me to check over front which was awesome of him. Abi and his kids got some more pay time while Sarah and Hannah done that girl talk thing haha.
Pulled king pin out of bottom side of drivers. Was destroyed. Full of mud and pitted like hell. Loose as to. So packed it full of grease as much as possible and started the drive home. Got about 5 mins from home and the wobble was back as violent as ever but nearly home luckily. Got home safe and sound.
Thanks everyone for making it another memorable trip can't wait for next year now.
Love the video to wicked job. Love how much my beast features to hehe
