So once again the scamer walks away with a cool 60 thou and disappeares off the face of the earth and paypal is left to mop up the mess, refund the money and in turn up it's fees etc to cover this crap..

What you do want to know, is that paypal's currency conversion rate is crap.
There is a clause in eBay that you are not allowed to charge extra on top on the sale price for the item you sell just to cover the Paypal fee. If they do, they can be reported for this. The seller must wash it into their sale price.Quote:
