Isnt there gas at yarra glen being a yuppy town should have gas
Definitely LPG at a healseville for your past stop.
I am not looking forward to the temperature change. At work the area is in a heat wave, today is the coolest day of the week so far at 36 degrees, but it feels like 39 degrees accordingto the weather app
Yesterday was 38.5 in the shade, but I had to disconnect and reconnect some crushing gear for a blast down in the pits and it was much hotter down there with no breeze, and a fair bit of humidity,
Floods, and sideways hail here lately
Well the worst it got to was actual: 9.6 degrees and felt like: -2.2 degrees

It reached 20 degrees today and has been magical! Perfect high country weather.
20 is a bit warm
Bloody Q is starting to experience more significant steering "wobble" at about 70km/h and is now detectable from 60 through to 90. Trying to decide if I should open Pandora's box before this trip and try and get it resolved.
Was ok when it was slight and only at 70 but since the last trip I did a couple of weeks ago it's got worse.......
My mates 60 series was so broken on the weekend that 3 of us struggled to push it downhill. (4 flat tyres did not help but still....)
Ok, so everything bearing-wise seemed tight as. Panhard rod bushes seem ok too.
Some of the wheels are missing weights though and given it got worse after my last outing I suspect now they've come off and the wheels are not balanced properly.
I'll book it in to get the wheels balanced and see if it improves.......
I am now sitting on 4 inch lift and will give it all a shake down next weekend before the big trip... should be fun, just waiting on panhards.
Is it the 11th yet.
What time are we scheduled to leave AB's on the Friday.
Will it be OK if I have a tag-along or two come up with me on Saturday morning, one patrol pretty stock I think, haven't spoken to him in months and the other is a hiluxifer, but i think he wont drive and probably jump in my car.
Gents I just found a great climb only 10 mins from house. Directly opposite my road 10 minutes down dirt road...awesome!
I've only done it on dirt bikes previously but thought I would try the patrol tonight but got hooked up sideways and im on my own and it's a saturated slippery track in the wet. No good solo...lol
Will be moderate in dry but awesome in the wet!!!

Monday the week before would be perfect :)
Thinking of taking more leave now from Monday 8th and go back Wednesday 16th or Thursday 17th, but unfortunately Erin can't get the Wednesday off and its to hard organising with the kids. Monday 7th is a public holiday anyway so might as well take another few days :)
I'll ask again.... what time are we due to leave AB's on the Friday as I need to sort stuff !!!!
Otherwise I will drive straight to Knockwood.
Lucas plane is about 7am Thursday morning, then we're gonna go see George and go for a ride in his RX and but food and whatnot. Probably be around midday before we get to Andy's.
We may as well leave at 9am at my place?
I'm easy...
Benny, 2.5-3 hours from my place to camp.
