George worked late yesterday working on my car while the rest finished up went home... felt bad that I was going to an overnight party while he was slaving away!!!
So the engine is in and needs to be plumbed up and then I think the cam needs to be run in with 30min of 1500-3000rpm then the car will need to be tuned then there will have to have the valve clearances done while the engine is bloody hot!!!! Fwwaarrkkk!!!!!!!
Did I mention I love my car and miss it?? and George has been brilliant........he needs a super big cuddle!!!!
Did I also mention I went to a party last night... I feel like shit!!!

One code that did come up was the oxygen sensor and George rang for a price but did not order as it was not clear if this was the problem but I had another at home so when I got back I swapped that out and the idle problem is now fixed.
I also did the unheard of and removed most of the stickers on my car (sorry Lucas) I promised Mags I would... I also removed the crap looking detail stripes down the side.
Billy did put a "HT's Service Centre" sticker on the back though... as he should.
I have to still set up the aux tank and fix the kinked filler hose for it as it is so tight for space it is hard to set up right.
One other thing I noticed recently was my bent upper control arm has a kink in it and think this may have happened when I snapped my lower control arm??
I look forward to doing a big trip where I dont have to carry 3 jerry cans on the roof as the dual fuel really limited my options and range.
Might have to sneak out to Matfews for a play in Wombat....he he!!!
