Best of luck mate. I'm sure that will be it. Though my reasons were probably different to yours, it was the best thing I've done.
Believe it or not, I gave up booze and cut down coffee at the same time. The habits are linked and you need to break that link.
I'm now able to enjoy a sip (generally much less now) and feel no need for a gasper at all. Was a pack a day smoker for 20 odd years.

Thanks.......... Its been a whole nine hours and I feel like knocking someones head off already, work is gonna be a mighty fun place to be around me tomorrow lol

Onya Clunky dirty filthy disgusting habit hahaha yes George I'm a reformee ;)
Nah mate, I'm a firm believer in you make your own choices in life, if you want to smoke then that's up to you. Not quitting smoking for me but for my kids. Since I've had kids I've only ever smoked at work, or when out 4bying. Never ever in front of me sprogs or at home during the night or weekends....... So after 25 years it's time

Just had a sausage n egg mcmuffin for breakfast in Diamond Creek on the way to the snow country. Little bloke Zach (7) just saw the McDonald's breakfast menu for the first time! He can't believe they do pancakes !!! He was pretty happy with his egg n bacon mcmuffin and hash brown! He reckons his dad ROCKS!!
Chest hair has grown back enough to stop itching like a mofo
Thinking wax next time
That's it, well done, you just stuffed up your boy for life! Now your gonna have to listen to those cute but repetitive pleadings for the sugar laced death burgers & muffins EVERY time you are anywhere near some Golden Arches!
I prefer the sausage & egg mcmuffin myself.

Packing the troll so we can flock off for a few days wheeling and camping down south away from all the crabs and muppets in the metro....lokking forward to that

Quit my job. Opened a freelance company. Made my day today
Reading some of RLI's posts.
I've been busy the last couple of months (work, shifting house, etc.) so haven't been reading the forum at all. Today just having a bit of a random catchup on threads as I go to bed here. Come across a few of his posts. The way RLI tells some of his stories just cracks me up.
I especially appreciate that in the middle of all the mess with his health he's got this attitude to give us all a laugh.
When you are living away from home it's nice to have something that links you back to Aus. RLI's stories definitrly do that.
Thanks mate, you've made my day!
