Yeah just looking up the requirements. I will need to obtain a permit.
Ok I rang the Victorian Commission for Gambling regulation and basically I am stuffed. I can't run it "legally". I explained the situation and basically I was given the tough titties treatment.
They said I must be a not for profit organisation, as well I must be a community or charitable organisation.
