Pretty good the body and head are workin together now so thats a plus. Lost over 2 kilos since Monday weigh in????? and only 4oo grams each 2 weigh ins before so hopefully thatll keep up. I started just runnin now doin weights as well so that may be doin it.
And the commonhore is good for what it is hahahahahahahahhaha and its white!!

Keep it up without the smokes when ya get home its really worth it in the long run. I was fu!@in useless trying to give em away i had 24hr parches and still chaffed a pack a day away. Thats why i did the hypno thing the mental addiction for me was too strong. But doin it had no withdrawals at all. before i was a prick to be around tryin to give up hypno was like i never smoked
