Mine is now 500 Gig but you could prev double your monthly limit 3 times a year for no extra cost anyway.
The double up is to reduce erosion of customer base to iiNet or Optus for netflix.
Netflix on Bigpond will still be metered (unlike iiNet/Optus) but by doubling the monthly data limit a lot of people won't care about useage.
People who want cheap internet have already bailed from Bigpond ages ago anyway and most Bigpond custs are usually bundlers who won't switch if they don't need too.
Does make you wonder how cheap the cost of data would be if it was even more competitive (or how much we were gouged in the past).
A few ISP's are offering unlimited data for not much at all
Soooo....
I had an irritating 'couple of drops a day on the driveway' power steering fluid leak I'd been putting off fixing for aaaages
Went to change the power steering pump 'cause I thought it was leaking.
Brunny Diesel had expressed me up a replacement and told me it was an easy peasy job.
It probably is if you don't have onboard air.
Anyway... once all attempts at further procrastination proved fruitless I armed myself with jacks, axle stands, drain pans etc etc to get stuck in.
So, applying my years of experience which has taught me always do the hardest connection/bolt/stud first I took off the rubber flap in the LH guard to get at the connection for the fluid supply hose to the Pump from the remote Res.
It should be noted this connection is slightly harder to get at than the #3 Main Bearing with the sump still on.
Lo and Behold, loose jubilee clamp.
Tightened the clamp, stopped the fluid leak, Brunny gave me a full refund on the pump... Good as Gold
I reckon a lot of telstra customers are in the same situation as me.
-very few other providers reach my area.
-It's classified as "rural" even though it's very close to "suburban" areas meaning that all the cool cheap deals you see on tv are not applicable.
I investigated the options I had before signing up with telstra and although telstra appeared worse on face value, it was far better and cheaper than the few other providers that I could use.
Started packing for easter.
Yea were leaving Thursday lol.
Love the last minute stuff.
I'm off again to the High Country with some from the Ballarat club. In at Walhalla, do deep creek tracks and then across to Licola and head up Butcher Country track to Howitt Plains. Then drop back down via Caledonia River track. Something along those lines anyway. After a taste last weekend, very keen. Probably be busy though I guess. Leaving early Friday morning.
The weather.. finally some rain
Great News - latest Vic Camping Fees abolished.
Just heard on the news that the camping fees introduced by the last government will be abolished, anyone who paid for Easter will get a refund and their sites are still confirmed.
Thanks for that and here is a Link

Rossco,
It is so awesome that we have all this stuff in our own backyard.
Make sure that you do plan it and go .... you will love it - it is a great loop from Licola and back, so it can be a trip on its own, or added to another trip like Cameron is doing .... it is awesome country up there and some of my most favourite camping spots are in there ( now I'll never get into my favourite spot .... :smileyvault-cute-bi ).
Enjoy it Cameron .... you will love it

did you use a good yeast dough.
looks very good BTW
Yep. Double proof. Sultanas and dried apricot with cinnamon. Yummy.
looks like a football lol
Sure do.
Went to a game once.
Watched a full game a pansies tripping over themselves and having a cry about it.
Then on the way out nearly got gang rapped by some 4 foot tall angry poofs.
Well I think they were, they had more jewellery on than my local zamels stocks and kept yelling there going to smash my ass.......
I took a step forward today and ordered my 5 x BFGoodrich All Terrain K02 and 4, 16x8 sunny rims.
I've got 2 spare rims and I'll get another spare tyre in the next couple of weeks.
Gunna get them fitted on Saturday morning.
I'm really excited. Not having split rims has given me a lot more confidence to go off road now. lol
