There was an old mine and pump house just a bit west of that photo. the chimney stack was still there a few years ago don`t know if its still there with all the new housing going in. I have the drawings and history of the mine stored some were .

That is the Worthing copper mine engine house and chimney stack and they should still be there as i believe they were heritage listed.Quote:

Bugga I wondered why it was resized.
Going by some history the mine was a bit of a scam by the owners who floated it but the mine never made any returns and was abandoned and left a few people broke.
