They do, but they hit both the B pillar (makes it a pain for the seatbelt) an the centre console - if you have two, you can barely get the console lid open ...

That said, they're comfy as and the pros probably outweigh the cons.

A bloke that works for me has the VZ 's in but had to remove the dial on the side to move the back

My company car is a VY wagon. I wonder if the boss would mind if I switched seats...haha

Think in a box! Have a look at late model UD Truck seats(nissan) comfy and suspension seats.

Suspension is the way to go for comfort .. hmmm .. I've still got those ones you had, but I'm concerned at both the effort to restore them, and the ride height once in ... and it still leaves the same flat seats in place!!
