Nah it was all peachy, steering wasn't tight at all and everything was working normally.

Did you use any lube on install? Didn't happen to paint the knuckles too?

I hope Its a 1 Off.. They supplied my whole rebuild kit...

yep. run a scotchbright over the knuckle and a coat of paint

The other side is fine so i think it was 1 dodgy seal.
