i work in spare parts currently at a nissan dealership in south west queensland
Chippie by trade but sysadmin and IT consultant for last 10 years.
I think I posted in here when I first joined, but things have changes onver the last few years.
Now I work as a Wildlife Nurse, Rehabilitator and educator.
I work as an emergency surgical nurse at a specialist wildlife hospital (unpaid), as well as running a wildlife rehabilitation centre for the 'hard case' patients that require high levels of care. the same as humans when they have major surgery like orthopedics etc. We nurse them for a few weeks and then they go back to the their regular carers.
Still Retired and loving it
Not bored at all

You and your team are very creative and produce first class installations from what I see Mark, well done, will stand for a very long time and bring joy to thousands for years to come.
I know that playground, I worked in a shed around the corner when you built it, can't believe it, now I'm in Queensland. My kids could enjoy going there a few times and loved it! Its a awesome playground, nice work!
Im a boat builder, dad and done plenty of other jobs over the years. Now I'm having trouble finding a job since I moved to Queensland just before the pandemic, bad timing!
I am looking for anything around the Sunshine Coast area...
I've been a Full-time Firefighter for the past 23 years in Sydney.
As a side line, I've worked as an Event Medic for the past 16 years, first with St John Ambulance, and as a sub-contractor for the past 10 years, covering a range of events including 4WD Challenge Events and Motorcycle & Road Cycling Events on my BMW R1150RT Medic Bike.
My Patrol Cab Chassis has now been setup for Events as well.

In fairness, it is good inner city training for the real world out here, personally busted a full pair of nuts on a slippery creek crossing ‘natural’ mossy proper round log once too [emoji51]
